Broadway National Group is expanding its Mobile Technician division to deliver hands-on quality and reliability. The team currently numbers about 20 technicians and aims to double in size by the end of 2025, nationally.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical ability and handyman experience.
• Team oriented with ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to travel within tristate area when needed.
• Open to weekend and after hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize service calls.
• Respond promptly and attempt to correct problems on first trip.
• Communicate necessary information to provide cost-effective, efficient solutions to clients.
• Operate and maintain company vehicle safely and professionally.
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and other services.
