Job summary

Broadway National Group is expanding its Mobile Technician division to invest in skilled technicians who deliver hands-on quality and reliability. We currently have about 20 technicians and aim to double in size by the end of 2025 nationally.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical ability and handyman experience.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently.
• Willing to travel within tristate area as needed.
• Able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work weekends and after-hours shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize service calls.
• Respond promptly and attempt to correct problems on first trip.
• Communicate necessary information to clients for cost-effective solutions.
• Use multiple types of power and hand tools.
• Conduct repairs such as patching drywall, painting, and maintenance tasks.
• Operate and maintain company vehicle safely.
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and other services.

Job Responsibilities

• Ability to coordinate with internal teams to prioritize service calls
• Respond in a timely manner and attempt to correct problems within first trip
• Communicate with internal teams’ necessary information to provide our clients with the most cost effective, efficient solutions
• Ability to use multiple types of power and hand tools
• Ability to conduct repairs such as, but not limited to; patching drywall, painting, replacing drop ceiling tiles, Trilogy locks, and any other building maintenance tasks
• Operating and maintaining company vehicle in a safe and professional manner
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and other services

Job Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Team orientated player with ability to work independently
• Demonstrate a strong mechanical ability and have handyman experience
• Flexibility to travel within tristate area when needed
