Job summary

Broadway National Group is expanding its Mobile Technician division to deliver hands-on quality and reliability. We are building a team of technicians nationwide and seek individuals who take pride in detail and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities include prioritizing service calls, efficient first-visit repairs, and safe operation of company vehicles. Flexibility for travel and after-hours shifts is required, with strong mechanical skills and experience as a handyman valued.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Demonstrates strong mechanical ability and handyman experience.
• Willingness to travel within tristate area when needed.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and after-hours shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize service calls
• Respond promptly to correct problems on first trip
• Communicate necessary information to provide cost-effective solutions
• Use multiple types of power and hand tools
• Perform repairs such as drywall, painting, ceiling tiles, Trilogy locks, and other maintenance tasks
• Operate and maintain company vehicle safely and professionally
• Conduct preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and other services

Broadway National Group is expanding its Mobile Technician division to invest in the talented individuals who deliver hands-on quality and reliability. We currently have a team of about 20 technicians across the country and are looking to double in size by the end of 2025 nationally. Job Responsibilities

• Ability to coordinate with internal teams to prioritize service calls
• Respond in a timely manner and attempt to correct problems within first trip
• Communicate with internal teams' necessary information to provide our clients with the most cost effective, efficient solutions
• Ability to use multiple types of power and hand tools
• Ability to conduct repairs such as, but not limited to; patching drywall, painting, replacing drop ceiling tiles, Trilogy locks, and any other building maintenance tasks
• Operating and maintaining company vehicle in a safe and professional manner
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and other services

Job Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Team orientated player with ability to work independently
• Demonstrate a strong mechanical ability and have handyman experience
• Flexibility to travel within tristate area when needed
