Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance and equipment upkeep.
• Respond to repair requests from residents and staff.
• Report equipment malfunctions to the Maintenance Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and safety during services.
• Work with vendors for landscaping, painting, and other services.
• Follow all safety and OSHA requirements.
