Princeton Property Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Tech II to support the Maintenance Lead at Oak Glen Apartments in Hillsboro. This full-time on-site role offers a wage range of $27.00–$30.00 per hour and opportunities for bonuses.

Applicants should have 2+ years of property maintenance experience with strong plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. are required.

Responsabilidades

Princeton Property Management is looking for an experienced and self-motivated Maintenance Tech II to join our team and play a key role in supporting the Maintenance Lead with daily operations at the Oak Glen Apartments in Hillsboro.

Location: Hillsboro, Oregon
Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Wage Range: $27.00–$30.00/hour (DOE)

We’re looking for someone with 2 or more years of experience in property management maintenance, with well-rounded skills in plumbing and working with CPVC plumbing systems, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair. In this role, you’ll handle a variety of general maintenance tasks to keep our communities operating smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
