Job summary

Princeton Property Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Tech II to support the Maintenance Lead at Oak Glen Apartments in Hillsboro. This full-time role covers a range of upkeep tasks across properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs.

The position requires at least 2 years in property maintenance, strong hands-on skills, and the ability to work independently. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, with bonus opportunities

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.

Job description

Princeton Property Management is looking for an experienced and self-motivated Maintenance Tech II to join our team and play a key role in supporting the Maintenance Lead with daily operations at the Oak Glen Apartments in Hillsboro.

Location: Hillsboro, Oregon
Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Wage Range: $27.00–$30.00/hour (DOE)

We’re looking for someone with 2 or more years of experience in property management maintenance, with well-rounded skills in plumbing and working with CPVC plumbing systems, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair. In this role, you’ll handle a variety of general maintenance tasks to keep our communities operating smoothly and safely.
