Job summary
Bozzuto in Washington state is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs, and to prepare vacant apartments for move-in. Qualifications
- Experience in building maintenance or an education in the trades.
- Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
- Availability for on-call emergencies at the property.
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently.
- Reliable transportation to work and respond to on-call emergencies.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Professional appearance and basic computer skills.
- Service-minded with a desire to learn.
Responsibilities
- Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
- Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs.
- Preserve building and safety through general upkeep and grounds maintenance.
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
- Work weekends or evenings and be on call for emergencies.
