Bozzuto is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our Washington community. You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs, prep turnover units, and maintain building safety and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or an education in the trades.
• Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• On-call rotation availability.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds frequently.
• Reliable transportation and strong communication skills.
• Service mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs.
• Preserve building safety and curb appeal with general upkeep and grounds maintenance.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
• Work weekends or evenings and be on call for after-hours emergencies.
