Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 1 year of building repair and maintenance experience.
• Able to lift 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 ft., mechanical and electrical aptitude.

• Support operation, inspection and maintenance of building systems.
• Perform HVAC/R, general interior maintenance and basic repairs.
• Respond to on-call emergencies after hours and follow safety procedures.
