Job summary

NHE, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Maintenance Supervisor to support maintenance operations across managed communities in the Charleston, SC area. The role includes staff coordination, vendor negotiations, and ensuring high resident service levels.

Regular weekends/holidays and travel are required. The ideal candidate has extensive multi-site maintenance experience, EPA Certification, and a CPO license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in multi-site property maintenance
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management for property operations
• Familiarity with the contract process including scoping and bidding
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service to residents, vendors, and employees
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance staff and fill in at properties lacking coverage
• Collaborate with senior maintenance leadership to uphold service standards
• Identify and prioritize projects, solicit pricing to meet budgets
• Execute capital projects under direction of leadership
• Provide developmental support to subordinates and advise on promotions
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
