Job summary

P&K Stone Projects Team is recruiting a Plant Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventative maintenance and repair of processing equipment and to support special projects at multiple P&K Stone locations. The role requires travel with your own tools to sites in North Texas and Southern Oklahoma.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of stationary/mobile maintenance experience, MSHA Part 46 training is a plus, and the ability to lift 50–75 lbs while working outdoors.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years minimum of stationary/mobile maintenance experience.
• MSHA Part 46 training is a plus.
• Willing to travel to North Texas and Southern Oklahoma with own tools.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs.
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions.
• High school or equivalent preferred.
• Driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair of processing equipment.
• Assist with special projects at various P&K Stone locations.
• Travel to P&K Stone locations in North Texas and Southern Oklahoma with own tools.
• Weld and fabricate steel components for conveyors, chutes and supports.
• Operate equipment such as telehandler or excavator when required.
• Adhere to mine safety rules and P&K Stone safety practices.
