Candidates should have 3+ years of building repair experience, a valid state driver’s license, and familiarity with CMMS or Corrigo.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders, tenant requests, painting, locksmith, and other maintenance tasks.
• Move furniture, equipment, and materials as needed.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies on an on-call basis.
• Follow all safety procedures, building codes, and hazardous material handling requirements.
• Document completed work and material usage.
• Participate in ongoing technical and safety training.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
