Job summary

IQVIA’s In-Home Clinical Solutions seeks a Mobile LPN/LVN to provide per diem, in-home nursing during therapy initiation with complex medications. Role includes phlebotomy, EKGs, and macular edema screenings while travel logistics are supported by IQVIA.

Requires active LPN/LVN license, CPR, and phlebotomy experience; willing to travel up to 100 miles and lift up to 70 pounds. Per diem hourly pay with mileage reimbursement and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license
• Current CPR certification required
• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience
• At least 1 year of EKG experience preferred
• CMA or CPT certification preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds
• Willingness to travel up to 100 miles
• Proficient in medical documentation and equipment use

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home blood specimen collection, labeling, and transport.
• Compliance with lab safety and handling procedures; deliver specimens to labs.
• Conduct EKGs and macular edema screenings as trained.
• Maintain organized work environment and manage supplies for in-home visits.
• Monitor clinical supply inventory and transportation.
• Coordinate with clinical team to complete visit paperwork timely.
• Report adverse events or product complaints per guidelines.
• Maintain mileage and time logs for reimbursement and compliance.
