Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Mobile Nurse (LPN/LVN) for in-home services, a per diem, travel-based role covering multiple local areas. You will perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and macular edema screenings in support of therapy initiation and adherence strategies.

The position offers hourly pay for appointment and travel time (2-hour minimum) with mileage reimbursement. A valid license, CPR, and willingness to travel up to 100 miles are required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings.
• At least 1 year of EKG experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds to transport equipment.
• Must travel up to 100 miles for patient visits.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home blood specimen collection and transport.
• Ensure laboratory safety and proper sample handling.
• Conduct EKGs and macular edema screenings as trained.
• Maintain clean, organized work environment and supplies storage.
• Monitor clinical supply inventory.
• Collaborate with IQVIA clinical coordination to complete visit paperwork.
• Identify and report adverse events and product complaints.
• Maintain mileage and time logs for reimbursement and compliance.
