Job summary

IQVIA’s In-Home Clinical Solutions seeks a Mobile LPN/LVN for per diem, in-home visits across designated areas. You will perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and macular edema screenings, traveling to patient residences and coordinating with IQVIA’s clinical team.

The role includes flexible hours with no minimum monthly visits, mileage reimbursement, and 2-hour minimum pay for appointments plus travel time. Must hold an active LPN/LVN license and a driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings required.
• At least 1 year of EKG experience preferred.
• Certification as CMA or CPT preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds to transport medical equipment.
• Willingness to travel up to 100 miles for patient visits.
• Proficient with medical equipment and documentation practices.
• Strong interpersonal and patient-focused communication skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Valid driver’s license; review of driving record prior to hire.
• Drug screening and background check after offer accepted.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home blood specimen collection, labeling, and transport per policies and standards.
• Comply with laboratory safety procedures and ensure samples reach designated labs.
• Conduct EKGs and macular edema screening exams (training provided).
• Maintain clean, organized work environment and supplies storage for in-home visits.
• Monitor and manage clinical supply inventory.
• Collaborate with the clinical coordination team to submit visit paperwork.
• Identify and report adverse events or product complaints per guidance.
• Maintain accurate mileage and time logs for reimbursement and compliance.
