IQVIA LLC seeks a Mobile Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse to deliver in-home clinical services to patients initiating therapy with complex medications. This per diem, travel-based role involves visiting patient residences to perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and macular edema screenings to support treatment initiation and adherence.

Per diem compensation covers appointment and travel time with a 2 hour minimum.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings.
• At least 1 year of EKG experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds to transport equipment.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 100 miles for patient visits.

Responsabilidades

• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs and macular edema screenings in patients starting therapy.
• Provide in-home clinical services and document findings accurately.
• Coordinate care with IQVIA team and ensure adherence strategies are followed.
