Job summary

IQVIA’s In-Home Clinical Solutions team seeks a Mobile LPN/LVN to deliver in-home medical services for therapy initiation with complex medications. This per diem, travel-based role requires phlebotomy, EKGs, and macular edema screenings, including travel to patient residences within a designated geographic area.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings.
• At least 1 year of EKG experience preferred.
• Certification as CMA or CPT preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds to transport equipment.
• Willingness to travel up to 100 miles for patient visits.
• Proficiency in medical documentation and English language.
• Valid driver’s license; driving record review prior to hire.
• Drug screening and background check after offer.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home blood specimen collection, labeling, and transport according to policies and standards.
• Comply with laboratory safety and handling procedures; ensure delivery to designated laboratories.
• Conduct EKGs and macular edema screening exams (training provided).
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and manage supplies storage for in-home visits.
• Monitor and manage clinical supply inventory.
• Coordinate with IQVIA clinical team for visit-related paperwork.
• Identify and report adverse events or product issues per guidance.
• Maintain mileage/time logs for reimbursement and compliance.
