Job summary

The Hillman Group in Knoxville, TN seeks a customer‑focused Mobile Locksmith Technician to operate a fully equipped service van and deliver auto key duplication and locksmith services.

You will partner with an Automotive Mobile Sales Representative, perform key cutting and fob programming, and maintain the mobile store while traveling within a 50‑mile radius. This role offers a company van and fuel card, with weekend work and varied hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Must possess or be eligible to obtain a Locksmith License, which may require FBI background check.
• Experience in locksmithing or automotive services; valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mobile locksmith solutions from a service van with the Automotive Mobile Sales Representative.
• Assist customers with automotive locksmith needs including key cutting and fob programming or cloning.
• Maintain the mobile van as a showroom, manage inventory, and keep it clean and organized.
• Travel daily within a 50-mile radius and participate in mobile program excellence.
