Job summary

Hillman is hiring a Mobile Locksmith Technician in Knoxville, TN. The role involves performing auto key cutting and fob programming from a fully equipped mobile van, delivering exceptional customer service while on the road.

You will travel within a 50-mile radius daily and work a 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with some weekend days required. Compensation includes $25 per hour plus 5% commission on sales, plus a company van and fuel card.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; locksmith license preferred or eligible.
• Experience in locksmithing or automotive services is preferred.
• Must have or be eligible for Locksmith License and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mobile locksmith solutions from a company van.
• Cut keys and program/clone key fobs.
• Operate and maintain the mobile storefront.
• Manage inventory and coordinate meetings.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve the mobile program.
