Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a Mobile Locksmith Technician in Nashville, TN. You will work with an Automotive Mobile Sales Representative, operating a fully equipped van to provide auto key duplication and related locksmith services.

You will be the face of our mobile operation, delivering high‑quality workmanship and exceptional customer experiences, with a schedule around 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Thursday–Monday or Friday–Tuesday, and occasional travel within a 50‑mile radius.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
Experience in locksmithing or automotive services is preferred.
Must possess or be eligible to obtain a Locksmith License (FBI background check may be required).
Experience with aftermarket key programmers is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver mobile locksmith solutions using a company-provided service van.
Assist customers with automotive locksmith needs including key cutting and fob programming/cloning.
Operate and maintain the mobile van as a storefront on wheels.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate customer meetings.
Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and support the mobile program.
Provide outstanding customer service reflecting professionalism and care.
