The Hillman Group in Nashville, TN seeks a Mobile Locksmith Technician to deliver automotive locksmith services from a company van, focusing on customer-first service.

You will cut keys, program key fobs, and maintain the mobile store, visiting stores within a 50-mile radius, with a schedule 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Thursday–Monday or Friday–Tuesday; weekends required.

Travel daily within the local area is required; drivers must maintain a valid license and adhere to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Must possess or be eligible to obtain a Locksmith License.
• Experience in locksmithing or automotive services is preferred.
• Background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Automotive Mobile Sales Representative to deliver mobile locksmith solutions using a company-provided service van.
• Assist customers with automotive locksmith needs, including key cutting and key fob programming or cloning.
• Operate and maintain the mobile store, ensuring high standards of service and appearance.
• Manage inventory, coordinate customer meetings, and keep the van clean.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and support the mobile program.
• Provide outstanding customer service reflecting professionalism and care.
