Job summary

Amrize seeks a Loader Operator to run 980M/982M loaders, moving bulk materials and supporting plant operations. You may assist with maintenance and housekeeping to keep the feeder and plant area running smoothly.

The role requires a minimum of 12 months loader experience, a safety-focused mindset, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. GED or high school diploma is required, with Spanish/English bilingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

• 12 months loader operator experience with 980M/982M loaders.
• Prior work around heavy equipment, construction, or paving preferred.
• Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge and skills.
• Proven safety record.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school GED.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate straight or articulated loader to move bulk materials.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and daily equipment checks.
• Drive to work sites and trucks as required; assist with housekeeping.
• Perform routine maintenance such as lubrication and fueling.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and customers.
