Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of mobile loading, heavy equipment operations, transportation, logistics, or material handling experience.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and safe operating procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily mobile loading and material handling operations.
• Plan and assign work to equipment operators and loading crews.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and SOPs.
• Conduct daily safety briefings and shift turnover meetings.
• Monitor loading operations to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate equipment availability with maintenance personnel and report deficiencies.
• Ensure operators complete pre- and post-operational inspections.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to improve performance.
• Maintain operational reports, production records, and logs.
• Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, transportation, and customers to meet requirements.
• Ensure proper cargo loading, weight distribution, and load security.
