Job summary

Stark Library is seeking a Library Clerk to deliver frontline public service. You will handle circulation, assist patrons, and support programs within Mobile Services and on-site areas.

The role requires strong customer service, basic computer skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Entry-rate $12.51/hour; full-time, 40 hours weekly in Canton, Ohio, with occasional travel by library vehicle. Training provided, opportunities to learn passport processing and library systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service and library operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-floor customer assistance and services.
