The Workforce Development Training Manager for Lamar Community College will join an expanding Workforce Development area to lead the LCC mobile learning lab design, faculty recruitment, and curriculum to support and deliver regional industries trainings and professional development in manufacturing technology. This position is initially grant‑funded for 1 year, with the strong potential for extended grant and institutional funding with duties adjustments.
As an employee of the Colorado Community College System (CCCS), this position is required to uphold and enforce the policies of LCC and CCCS, and all local, state and federal laws.
