Job summary

Quick Servant Co Inc is seeking a Kitchen Equipment Service Technician to service and repair commercial cooking equipment across our service area. You will diagnose, repair, and install a variety of equipment while providing excellent customer service and maintaining detailed service records.

Role requires on-the-road work, a valid driver's license, and CFESA certification or relevant experience. Benefits include a company vehicle, full insurance, and ongoing factory training.

Qualifications

• Verifiable experience with service and/or installation of commercial food service equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Must take part in on call schedule.
• Possess personal tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on commercial hot side equipment.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve appliance issues efficiently.
• Read and interpret schematics to assist in repairs and installations.
• Provide exceptional customer service while delivering and servicing equipment.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition and adhere to safety protocols.
