Job summary

Quick Servant Company, Inc. is seeking skilled technicians to service a broad range of commercial cooking and HVAC/R equipment.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain ovens, steamers, fryers, kettles, dishwashers, and related systems while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires 2+ years in commercial kitchen equipment maintenance, on-call availability, a valid driver's license, and CFESA or relevant trade qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Verifiable experience (2+ years) in commercial kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Experience with various refrigeration systems (walk-in coolers, freezers, display cases).
• HVAC/R certification or CFESA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial cooking equipment and hot side equipment.
• Read schematics to assist in repairs and installations.
• Provide exceptional customer service while delivering and servicing equipment.
• Maintain repair records and ensure safety protocols.
