Henry Ford Health System is seeking a Mobile Support Technician to join their team. This role involves deploying and troubleshooting iOS devices across multiple locations. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a background in customer service. Technical certifications are preferred but not required. The position includes a mandatory weekly paid on-call rotation.
DESCRIPTION:
The Henry Ford Health Mobile team supports over 13,500 iPhones and 2500 iPads. Mobile team members are responsible for deploying, troubleshooting, and rebuilding iOS devices. Knowledge of iOS is required and any Mobile Device Management services such as InTune or Airwatch is preferred. Mobile devices are throughout the Hospitals and Ambulatory sites so travel between the buildings for in-person support is necessary. Carrier knowledge such as Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile as well as Android is a plus. This position has a mandatory weekly paid On-Call that rotates between team members. The Mobile team is looking for candidates with a great attitude, communication skills and a calm demeanor.
