A leading healthcare provider in Detroit seeks a Mobile Device Support Technician to manage and troubleshoot iOS devices across various locations. The role requires strong communication skills and a positive attitude, with a focus on customer service. Comprehensive benefits are offered.
The Henry Ford Health Mobile team supports over 13,500 iPhones and 2,500 iPads. Members are responsible for deploying, troubleshooting, and rebuilding iOS devices. Knowledge of iOS is required, and experience with Mobile Device Management services such as InTune or Airwatch is preferred. Mobile devices are located throughout hospitals and ambulatory sites, requiring travel for in-person support. Carrier knowledge (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile) and Android experience are pluses. The position includes a mandatory weekly paid On-Call rotation. Candidates should have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a calm demeanor.
