Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in healthcare; ALS environment as paramedic or RN.
• Experience in Mobile Integrated Healthcare (Community Paramedicine) preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily operations of the Mobile Integrated Healthcare program.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate program goals, workflows, policies, and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor operational performance, service utilization, productivity, and key performance indicators.
• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for MIH staff and patient care activities.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, standards of care, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
• Review clinical outcomes, patient safety events, and quality metrics; implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with medical directors and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care delivery.
• Facilitate transitions of care and population health initiatives targeting high-risk patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, hospitals, post-acute facilities, community agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Foster employee engagement and a culture of accountability and excellence.
