Job summary

Inspira Health Network in New Jersey seeks a Senior MIH Program Leader to develop, implement, and oversee the Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) program. The role provides field-based clinical leadership as a Paramedic/MICN and aligns EMS, MAT providers, and community partners to improve patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in a health-related field, 5+ years as a Paramedic/MICN, and experience with addiction medicine or community paramedicine.

Qualifications

Current New Jersey Paramedic (MICP) or MICN certification, or eligible within 30 days.
Minimum 5 years as Paramedic (MICP) or MICN in a high-volume EMS system.
Experience with addiction medicine, buprenorphine induction, and/or MIH programs desirable.
Ability to manage program operations, track outcomes, and collaborate with healthcare partners.
Experience delivering field-based care, patient navigation, and follow-up services.

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee Inspira’s Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) program.
Provide field-based clinical leadership as a Paramedic/MICN.
Serve as liaison between EMS, MAT providers, and community stakeholders to support program growth.
Contribute to ongoing quality interventions and patient outcomes.
