Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC seeks a Territory Manager to deliver industrial hardware directly to customers in a defined geographic territory using a mobile store model. The role involves cold-calling, prospecting, and face-to-face customer engagement within the territory.

The candidate must reside in the territory, be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle, and maintain a clean driving history. Strong independence and goal attainment history are essential.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Must have a strong tenured background, with a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills are expected.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications is expected.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and a proven history of goal attainment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by developing new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calls on businesses near existing customers; perform face-to-face visits with cold and warm prospects.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage the operation and cleanliness of your mobile store; submit daily reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Maintain customer data accurately in company software including notes, names, and addresses.
