Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver industrial hardware to customers within a defined geographic territory. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store, perform cold-calling, and convert prospects into orders.

You must reside in the assigned territory, be able to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, maintain a clean driving history, and handle physical tasks for the mobile store. Strong organizational and sales skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Tenure stability with a max of 3 companies in 10 years.
• Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational abilities; proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business apps.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by researching, referrals, and calling on nearby businesses; make face-to-face sales calls.
• Present products and services using samples, demos, and the mobile store.
• Maintain the mobile store: cleanliness, operation, marketing, and daily sales reporting.
• Keep customer data current in company software with notes, names, phones, and addresses.
