Lap of Love is seeking an In-Home Associate Veterinarian to provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care in Fredericksburg, Woodbridge, Manassas, and surrounding VA areas. This role emphasizes balanced life, personal well-being, and practice with purpose.

You will join a veterinarian-founded company offering flexible schedules and comprehensive onboarding, with part-time and full-time opportunities and strong bonus potential. A valid U.S. driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

DVM/VMD/BVMS degree required.
Must have a valid U.S. driver's license.
Availability to work some weekends.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post-hire and before their associated start date.

Responsibilities

Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families.
Travel to client homes across Fredericksburg, Woodbridge, Manassas, Culpeper, Dale City, Centreville, VA and surrounding areas.
Deliver compassionate veterinary care aligned with Lap of Love values.
Participate in onboarding and ongoing mentorship programs.
