Complete Home Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide mobile outpatient care in the Naples area. You will perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver one-on-one therapy sessions at patients\' homes with a focus on mobility, independence, and quality of life.

You should be a graduate of an accredited PT program with a Florida license and outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. The role supports a flexible schedule and the opportunity to grow within the practice.

Qualifications

About Complete Home Therapy

Complete Home Therapy is a growing, Physical Therapist-owned practice serving Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, and Estero. We provide high-quality, one-on-one physical therapy in our patients' homes through an outpatient therapy model.

We are NOT a traditional home health agency.

Think of us as an outpatient physical therapy clinic that happens to go to the patient.

Our patients are NOT required to be homebound

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is interested in providing mobile outpatient care in the Naples area and becoming part of a growing practice.

There is no required minimum number of visits per week for this position. The role is designed to provide flexibility, allowing the therapist to take on a caseload that fits their availability while also having the opportunity to increase volume over time if desired.

This may be a great fit for a therapist who wants a flexible additional caseload, consistent patient opportunities, greater control over their schedule, and the ability to grow their role over time.

Are you currently a Medicare Part A Home Health Physical Therapist who develops great relationships with your patients but has to discharge them when they no longer qualify for home health?

Our outpatient-in-the-home model provides another setting through which appropriate patients can receive continued outpatient physical therapy after their home health episode has ended.

Flexibility & Independence

One of the biggest advantages of this role is flexibility.

You can build your schedule around your availability, take on the caseload that works for you, increase volume as desired, and complete documentation remotely through our web-based EMR.

There is no need to routinely report to the office between visits.

The Role

You will provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy in patients' homes throughout the Naples area.

You will manage the patient experience from evaluation through the active plan of care, using appropriate interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, and balance training.
