Job summary
JLL is seeking a Mobile Engineer to maintain essential facility systems across Columbia, SC, with on-site responsibilities and on-call availability. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, and related production equipment to ensure reliable operations for client occupancy.
Ideal candidates have at least four years' building engineering experience, a universal CFC recovery certification, and hands-on knowledge of CMMS tools and trade
Qualifications
- Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
- Minimum of 4 years of technical building engineering experience with HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical repair and maintenance.
- Knowledge of overall system design and applications.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and repair work orders on mechanical, electrical and other systems.
- Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems and related equipment and electrical distribution.
- Study equipment and learn proper usage for daily activities.
- Perform facility inspections and due diligence, reporting conditions affecting occupancy.
- Submit P-card receipts daily and update work orders in real time.
