Job summary

ITV Associates Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to manage day-to-day operations across 20–35 buildings in North Carolina. You will serve as the primary liaison to third-party vendors and perform routine maintenance, quickly assessing problems and coordinating repairs as needed.

The role requires the ability to work with minimal supervision and to respond to emergencies. A high school diploma or GED, EPA Universal, and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Three years of related maintenance, repair and/or construction experience.
• EPA Universal certification is required.
• Valid state driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for day-to-day operational needs of 20–35 buildings.
• Serve as primary contact and oversight for third-party vendors.
• Perform routine maintenance activities and assess problems quickly.
• Repair or coordinate repairs with vendors as needed.
• Work with little or no supervision and respond to emergency calls.
