Job summary

ITV Associates Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to manage day-to-day operations across 20–35 buildings in North Carolina. You will serve as the primary liaison to third-party vendors and perform routine maintenance, quickly assessing problems and coordinating repairs as needed.

The role requires the ability to work with minimal supervision and to respond to emergencies. A high school diploma or GED, EPA Universal, and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Three years of related maintenance, repair and/or construction experience.
• EPA Universal certification is required.
• Valid state driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for day-to-day operational needs of 20–35 buildings.

Be responsible for the day-to-day operational needs of between 20 and 35 buildings. Serve as the primary contact, and provide oversight, for any third-party vendors. Perform routine maintenance activities. Technicians must be able to quickly assess problems and either make a necessary repair or manage the repair. They must be able to work with little or no supervision and be available to respond to emergency calls as needed. Ability to understand and follow English instructions

• Able to use facilities management software
• Valid state drivers license with a satisfactory driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
