ManpowerGroup is sourcing a Mobile HVAC Technician for our client, a leader in commercial property management and maintenance, to support multiple client sites in West Palm Beach, FL. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on packaged units, air handlers, chillers, and related equipment while coordinating with the Facilities Maintenance Department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 4 years of technical experience in commercial building engineering, with focus on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Universal EPA/CFC certification required.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on commercial HVAC systems (packaged units, air handlers, chillers, and related equipment).
• Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot electrical distribution, plumbing, building automation controls, and fire/life safety systems.
• Complete work orders efficiently using CMMS with minimal supervision.
• Conduct facility inspections and assessments and report conditions affecting client operations.
• Travel to multiple client locations within the territory using a company vehicle and manage priorities independently.

As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting multiple client sites. Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Pay Range: $30 to $35 per hour

What's the Job?
