ManpowerGroup, on behalf of a leading commercial property management and maintenance client, seeks a Mobile HVAC Technician in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on packaged units, air handlers, chillers, and related equipment across multiple sites.

The role requires 4+ years of HVAC/engineering experience, Universal EPA/CFC certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical training or trade school degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of technical experience in commercial building engineering, with a focus on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Universal EPA/CFC certification (required).
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on commercial HVAC systems including packaged units, air handlers, chillers, and related equipment.
• Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot electrical distribution, plumbing, building automation controls, and fire/life safety systems
• Execute work orders using CMMS with minimal supervision
• Conduct facility inspections and assessments, reporting conditions affecting client operations
• Travel to multiple client locations within the assigned territory, managing priorities independently

Our client, an industry leader in commercial property management and maintenance, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting multiple client sites across the Fort Lauderdale area. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Pay Range: $30 to $35 per hour

What's the Job?

• Perform comprehensive preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services on commercial HVAC systems, including packaged units, air handlers, chillers, and related equipment
