CBRE is seeking a skilled HVAC/R Hybrid Mobile Technician to maintain and repair commercial HVAC/Refrigeration systems across multiple locations. The role includes light building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a company van, gas card, tablet, phone, and PPE provided.

You will service CBRE’s 70+ contracted clients, ensuring safety and code compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Must have Universal CFC certification and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Impact a range of customer, operation, project, or service activities within your team and other related teams.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies to conduct inspections and ongoing maintenance on building HVAC/R equipment, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Solve equipment failures, determine the best course of action for equipment modifications, and apply your expertise to maintain, operate, and repair HVAC / Refrigeration systems and associated equipment, including electrical distribution and plumbing systems and light carpentry while also completing maintenance and repair records.
• Operate company-issued vehicles in the execution of daily work responsibilities.
• Share your in-depth knowledge of HVAC/Refrigeration systems and broad knowledge of several job subject areas within the function of facilities maintenance.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE 's Culture.
• Explain technical information to others in a straightforward, professional manner, ensuring that team members and clients understand technical details and solutions.

About The Role

As a CBRE HVAC/R Hybrid Mobile Technician, you will maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC/Refrigeration systems as well as general building maintenance to include light electrical, plumbing and basic carpentry at multiple locations and various types of buildings.

About The Role

As a CBRE HVAC/R Hybrid Mobile Technician, you will maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC/Refrigeration systems as well as general building maintenance to include light electrical, plumbing and basic carpentry.at multiple locations and various types of buildings. This job is related to the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They provide support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on buildings, equipment and systems. This is a mobile role, servicing any of our 70+ contracted clients in your area. The schedule is Monday - Friday approximately 8 - 5 with no mandatory on call or overtime. CBRE provides a van, gas card, tablet, phone, P - card, uniforms, all tools needed to do the job, as well as all PPE and annual boot allowance.

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver’s license required.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
