ManpowerGroup is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician in Buffalo, NY to support multiple facilities across New York State. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and respond to service calls to keep operations running smoothly.
The ideal candidate has at least four years in commercial building engineering with HVAC, plumbing and electrical repair experience, a valid NY driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders.
Our client, a leader in commercial facility management, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Support Department supporting multiple sites across New York State. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $31 to $37 per hour
What's the Job?
Perform preventive maintenance and repair work orders on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems across multiple assigned facilities in your region.
Maintain, operate, troubleshoot, and repair all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, and building interior/exterior components.
Conduct facility inspections and due diligence assessments, documenting conditions that impact client occupancy and operations, and submitting detailed summary reports to management.
Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, including after-hours building-related activities as required, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
Operate and monitor building automation systems, fire/life safety systems, and other building-related equipment while maintaining compliance with all safety procedures and maintaining clean, safe work areas.
What's Needed?
Minimum four (4) years of technical experience in commercial building engineering with demonstrated expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment repair and maintenance.
Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record, as travel between multiple facilities is essential to this role.
Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb ladders up to 30 ft. safely and regularly.
Availability to work on-call duties and overtime as required to support emergency situations and critical building operations.
Strong knowledge of State, County, and City Ordinances, Codes, and Laws related to building operations, with commitment to maintaining full compliance.
