Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician in Buffalo, NY to support multiple facilities across New York State. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and respond to service calls to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has at least four years in commercial building engineering with HVAC, plumbing and electrical repair experience, a valid NY driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders.

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of technical experience in commercial building engineering with demonstrated expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform PM and repair work orders on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems across multiple facilities.
• Operate and repair HVAC systems and related electrical/plumbing components across sites.
• Conduct facility inspections and document conditions impacting occupancy; report to management.
• Respond to emergencies and after-hours building operations to minimize disruption.
• Monitor building automation and life-safety systems, ensuring safety procedures and clean work areas.
