CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking an HVAC Technician (Rover) to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems for our clients. The role requires reading blueprints, basic installations, and strong safety discipline across commercial environments.

The candidate will work with various HVAC equipment, including VAVs, boilers, and pumps, while documenting tasks in CMMS and ensuring compliance with safety and building codes.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years HVAC maintenance experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and as-built drawings.

Mansioni

• Performs preventive and some corrective HVAC maintenance on existing equipment as per CMMS work orders.
• Installs, repairs, and maintains HVAC machinery including VAVs, fans, boilers, pumps, and related components.
• Ensures safe operation and compliance with local codes and OSHA standards.
• Inspects completed work for conformance with requirements and coordinates with subcontractors as needed.
• Keeps documentation up to date in CMMS and supports training of others when required.
