CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking a Senior HVAC Technician to perform preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance across multiple facilities in the region. The role includes driving a company or personal vehicle for site visits and mentoring junior technicians.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience, read blueprints, and can work independently while liaising with clients and supervisors. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC and building maintenance experience
• Experience managing others preferred
• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance
• Able to read blueprints and as-built drawings
• Willing to work occasional on-call shifts
• Self-motivated, team player, strong communication with clients

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance per CMMS work orders
• Install, repair, and maintain motors, pumps, belts, fans, AHUs, VAVs, and fan-powered boxes
• Maintain safe operation of systems including boilers and environmental controls
• Diagnose problems using inspection/testing and proper tools
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and building codes
• Mentor and inspect other HVAC and general trades technicians
• Travel to other facilities to resolve maintenance issues
• Provide training to technicians and assist with mentorship
