Job summary

CGL is seeking a Senior HVAC Technician (Rover) to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems across multiple facilities in the region. The role includes CMMS work order handling and travel between sites using a company vehicle.

Expect 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience, blueprint reading skills, and strong client communication. You may mentor junior technicians and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC and building maintenance experience.
• Experience managing others preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance per CMMS work orders and document work.
• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC machinery and related equipment.
• Maintain safe operation of systems and comply with safety standards (OSHA).
• Read blueprints and as-built drawings to support installations and repairs.
• Travel between facilities using company vehicle and assist with cross-site issues.
• Mentor, train, and inspect the work of other HVAC technicians.
• On-call shifts as required; interact with clients and maintain service quality.
