Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Wichita, KS is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to service and repair commercial systems across multiple sites. You will perform preventive maintenance, identify energy-saving opportunities, and handle routine building maintenance tasks as needed.

This role requires 3 years of HVAC service experience (or 5 years military HVAC), a High School diploma or GED, Universal CFC certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in commercial HVAC service and repairs or 5 years military HVAC work.
• High school graduate or GED.
• Universal CFC certification + Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and related building systems to keep properties in peak condition.
• Identify energy savings opportunities at facilities through system and operational changes to reduce energy use.
• Mobile Technician also performs routine building maintenance, plumbing and related tasks as needed.
• Mobile Technician must plan work assignments independently, perform duties with minimal supervision, and assist as a helper in other trades.
