Job summary

Johnson Controls Inc. is seeking skilled HVAC mechanics to service light and commercial HVACR systems across North America.

You will work with local market mechanics and Servicemen, performing maintenance and repair on commercial heating and cooling equipment, with factory certification through the STA and opportunities for advancement. The role includes safety priority, potential 10–20% travel, and a company vehicle with tools and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years Commercial and/or industrial, mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry.
• Experience with rooftop units, pumps, fans, towers, boilers, chillers, compressors, plumbing.
• Mechanical shaft alignment using dial indicators.
• Able to use vibration equipment to troubleshoot drivelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance, repair and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems.
• Provide quotes to customers and support recommendations.
• Solve facility inefficiencies and ensure high level of service during commissioning and aftersales.
