Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking skilled HVAC Mechanics to support light and heavy commercial service across North America.

You will work with teams to service advanced HVAC equipment and ensure reliable, energy-efficient performance. The role requires hands-on maintenance, repair and replacement of commercial heating/cooling systems, with factory certification through our STA program and a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years commercial/industrial HVAC troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with rooftop units, pumps, fans, boilers, chillers, and plumbing is required.
• Able to use vibration equipment to troubleshoot drivelines.
• EPA refrigerants license and valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance, repair and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems.
• Write and communicate problem causes and corrective actions to customers.
• Offer quotes and support upselling opportunities as part of Service Plus Rewards.
