Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering.
• Knowledge of overall system design and applications.
• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC and electrical systems.
• Perform preventive and repair work for installed systems.
• Complete Hazard Assessments and comply with safety procedures.
